(You can consult a Norus Accounting AS expert on the matter).<\/li>\n<li>Documents are produced on the basis of data and specifications received from you, so you have no right to cancel the paid service.<\/li>\n<li>On the grounds of Norwegian Law, the documents required for the registration of the company limited by shares are valid for 90 days. In case of delays in providing a full package of documents on your part (including confirmation of the stockholder capital transfer), the activity on documents production shall be performed again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>1Bedrfift.no is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Norway and follows a strict customer control policy for companies\u2019 registration or other products order for the purpose of money laundering or other law violation. 1Bedrfift.no reserves the right to set aside the engagement without any explanation. In case of engagement refusal, the paid funds will be returned to the client&#8217;s account at the earliest possible moment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sale-company\">Acquisition of an already registered and ready-to-use company<\/h2>\n<p><strong>By entering into an agreement with 1Bedrift.no on the acquisition of a ready-made company, we guarantee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered joint-stock company that can be used on the same day<\/li>\n<li>1Bedrift.no specialists will support you with the change of the company&#8217;s name, address, types of activities as well as with the re-registration of shareholders, the general director, the manager<\/li>\n<li>1Bedrfift.no guarantees that the joint-stock company has never functioned and does not have any debts and other obligations, except for paying the state fee for registering the company with Foretaksregisteret in the amount of NOK 6.500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>When ordering a service, you accept the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You acquire a registered joint-stock company without a bank account<\/li>\n<li>You accept debts to your new company for the payment of share capital in the amount of NOK 30,000<\/li>\n<li>Your new company is charged a fee for changing the name in the registration chamber in the amount of NOK 1.354 NOK. This amount is refundable to the seller\u2019s account in the event that the fee is paid by 1Bedrift.no<\/li>\n<li>The value of the transaction excluding company expenses for the above state duties and debts on payment of share capital is NOK 9,900<\/li>\n<li>The sale and purchase transaction of a joint-stock company is considered to be an industrial purchase, with a change in the company&#8217;s specifications on the request of the buyer, so the transaction does not have retroactive effect and the right to cancel the transaction<\/li>\n<li>You authorize 1Bedrift.no specialists to assess the creditworthiness of you and other persons directly or indirectly related to the joint-stock company you are acquiring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>1Bedrfift.no is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway and has a strict Buyer Control policy regarding the acquisition of companies for the purpose of money laundering or other potential offenses. 1Bedrift.no reserves the right to cancel the company\u2019s sale and purchase transaction without any explanation. In case of refusal to complete a transaction, the paid funds will be returned to the client&#8217;s account asap.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"virtual-address-rental\">Providing the company with a legal and\/or mailing address for<\/h2>\n<p><strong>By concluding an agreement with 1Bedrift.no on Providing the company with a legal and\/ or mailing address, we guarantee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Privacy of received correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Preservation of the documents.<\/li>\n<li>Forwarding the received correspondence by e-mail specified by you in 1Bedrift.no within the next 48 hours after receiving it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>By ordering the service, you accept the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are obliged to provide timely rent payment. Rent of virtual and postal addresses is billed in advance for 3 months.<\/li>\n<li>In case of failure to pay for the rent of the virtual legal and postal addresses, the received correspondence will not be sent to the owner until the debt is paid.<\/li>\n<li>In case of violation on terms and conditions of the rent agreement, 1Bedrift.no AS can unilaterally terminate the agreement on the rent of the virtual legal and postal address.<\/li>\n<li>The rental price doesn\u2019t include the service for the documents preparation and official re-registration of the legal company address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>1Bedrfift.no is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Norway and follows a strict customer control policy for companies\u2019 registration or other products order for the purpose of money laundering or other law violation. 1Bedrfift.no reserves the right to set aside the engagement without any explanation. In case of engagement refusal, the paid funds will be returned to the client&#8217;s account at the earliest possible moment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"vat-registration\">VAT registration<\/h2>\n<p><strong>By concluding an agreement with 1Bedrift.no on VAT Registration, we guarantee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submission of documents for company registration in Registeret by filling out all the necessary forms in Altinn system.<\/li>\n<li>1Bedrift.no AS is not liable for mistakes and\/or inaccuracies made by the client when filling out forms on 1Bedrift.no or in documents provided as a basis for registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>By ordering the service, you accept the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are obliged to be responsible for the accuracy and unambiguousness of the specified data and documents necessary for the registration of changes.<\/li>\n<li>You will be contacted by 1Bedrift.no specialists via e-mail specified by you in 1Bedrift.no form, with a request to confirm (sign) registration in Altinn.no system. The given signature in Altinn.no system is a compulsory condition of the registration of changes.<\/li>\n<li>Forms for registration in VAT Registeret are filled out on the basis of documents provided by you, therefore you are not entitled to refuse a paid service, as well as to lay a claim to possible refusal on registration in VAT Registeret due to incorrectly provided data, documents, or any other reasons beyond the control of 1Bedrift.no specialists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>1Bedrfift.no is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Norway and follows a strict customer control policy for companies\u2019 registration or other products order for the purpose of money laundering or other law violation. 1Bedrfift.no reserves the right to set aside the engagement without any explanation. In case of engagement refusal, the paid funds will be returned to the client&#8217;s account at the earliest possible moment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"vat-tax-representative\">VAT TAX representative<\/h2>\n<p><strong>By concluding an agreement with 1Bedrift.no on Tax Representative you are guaranteed to be provided with:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Official registration of the representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Conclusion of a treaty for accounting services by Norus Accounting AS<br \/>\n*The service is possible only if this condition is met.<\/li>\n<li>Control of calculation and payment of VAT in Norway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>By ordering the service, you accept the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are obliged to provide timely payment for tax representative service.
