How much does it cost?
Purchasing a ready- to operate joint-stock company, you must transfer the share capital of NOK 30,000. The company will be charged the state duty for the registration of the company in Brønnøysund NOK 5 570. It can be paid with the share capital. The same duty of NOK 1,440 is charged for the name change of the company

When you buy a ready- to operate joint-stock company, you undertake the obligation to return the previously paid share capital in the amount of NOK 30,000. After the sale end purchase transaction, you must contact any Norway bank, sign a banking agreement and transfer NOK 30,000. You can use these funds for your new company. We recommend making such a transfer for the return of equity capital asap.
Why does the company have to return or pay the state duty for registering a joint-stock company?
The company you bought is officially registered in Norway and is ready to operate. The state duty for registering a new joint-stock company in Norway is NOK 5 570. This amount has either already been paid by 1Bedrift.no or your new company will receive this invoice from Brrønnøysund. It is impossible to register a joint-stock company without paying a state duty.
Do the listed companies have a bank account?
No. All companies listed by 1Bedrift.no have no bank accounts.
Can I be sure that 1Bedrift.no companies are not debtors or guilty to third parties?
1Bedrift.no guarantees that all listed companies have never been active. All companies were created for further sale.
Can a shareholder be CEO and chairman at the same time?
Yes of course. It is normal for a shareholder to be the manager of their company.
I am a foreigner and do not have a Norwegian personal or D. number. Can I buy a company?
Yes, you can acquire a company and become a shareholder (owner), but you cannot be a CEO or a Chairman without a Norwegian personal or D. number.
You need to email Norus Accounting AS post@norus-regnskap.no and explain the problem. They will help you get all the documents you need to register a company in Norway.
Is another legal entity allowed to buy the company?
Yes. Enter the data of the legal entity in the 1Bedrift.no service and you will receive documents that establish that your organization is a buyer.
