By using our service, You agree to the processing and storage of Your personal information and traffic data information.
What personal information is collected and how is it used?
- We collect information about You as a customer of 1Bedrift.no for the purpose of performing the service ordered by You. If we do not have your personal information, such as your first name, last name, addresses, private registration numbers, etc., we will not be able to help you register your company or make any other changes or actions that you need.
The transfer of personal information to us is voluntary. But personal data is absolutely necessary for us to provide services, because all registration documents must contain it. - Information about the services you purchased, copies of invoices and receipts, marketing authorizations and any contact with our support department.
This information is necessary for us to perform internal accounting of the company 1Bedrift.no AS, as well as to improve our service by monitoring customer activity. - We collect the most detailed information about the use of 1Bedrift.no site, such as: a log of the activity of visiting the site, technical information about the device you used, time and date of your visit, the operating system and browser, IP addresses, screen size, etc. including by using cookies.
We need this information for the work of marketers who are promoting 1Bedrift.no project, and for the IT department, which is working to improve our project. - Information about your access to the system.
This information is necessary for the implementation of technical or other support, if you have any questions.
Who can we share your personal information with?
All information collected is confidential and is only used in the course of providing 1Bedrift.no services, however, in some cases we are required to provide your data to other organizations, but only if this is regulated by the current legislation of Norway.
For example:
- To the registration chamber for the provision of the service you purchased
- To subcontractors that provide us with their services and products (for example, the accounting company Norus Accounting AS if it is necessary to carry out various consultations)
- In connection with the sale of 1Bedrift.no AS or merger of companies
- In other cases established by law, for example, at the request of a court or other official bodies.
The main rule is that any information you provide will only be used for the purpose of performing the services you have chosen.
1Bedrift.no takes special precautions to ensure that your data is saved. All employees of the company 1Bdrift.no as well as all subcontractors have signed an agreement on nondisclosure of any data related to our clients, especially these rules apply to companies located outside of Norway.
Telephone recordings
With your consent, 1bedrift.no AS records telephone conversations with prospective and existing customers using Bitrix24 CRM. We use recordings to review enquiries, understand customers’ needs and train our team. Recordings contain participants’ voices and the information discussed.
Access is restricted to authorised staff and service providers who need it for these purposes. Recordings are stored within the European Economic Area and deleted 60 days after the call.
You may request access to your recordings or ask for their deletion or restricted processing, subject to applicable legal conditions. Contact support@1bedrift.no to exercise your rights.
Accepting the website’s privacy policy and terms does not itself constitute consent to telephone recording.

Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Contact support@1bedrift.no to exercise your rights. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a lawful extension is necessary, we will inform you within that month and explain why. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or another competent supervisory authority.
