Registration of a Joint-Stock Company

  4. After receiving and signing the documents generated by our system, you apply to your preferred Norwegian bank for opening a corporate account for your joint-stock company.
  5. Having received confirmation on the opening of a corporate account from the bank, you will deposit the share capital into this account.
  6. After you receive official confirmation from the bank that the share capital has been paid, you need to download this confirmation along with the signed documents generated by our system, using the link received from us.
  7. You receive the official constituent documents of your joint-stock company with confirmation that it is officially registered and ready for work.

 

Registration of private enterprise

  3. Fill out the questionnaire. Thus, you provide the information necessary for the preparation of documents for the registration of you as an individual entrepreneur in the corresponding register of legal entities.
  4. Receive from us a copy of the application form (with access to make changes) and a link to the electronic signing of this application (if no changes are required).
  5. Follow the link received, electronically sign the document. You will receive official confirmation from the government services portal stating that your private enterprise is registered and ready for work.

 

Registration of a foreign company branch in Norway

  4. Sign the automatically generated sales agreement.
  5. Enter the necessary information in the provided questionnaire about the planned activities of the company, its management, and owners.
  6. Sign and download automatically generated documents.
  7. Done. Now you are the official owner of a ready-to-operate joint-stock company.

 

Providing the company with a legal and/or mailing address for

  7. Done. From now on, we will be the guarantors of your accounting and tax payments.
